 my special moment this day is really touch my heart suddenly I miss Rasulullah salallaulahu alaihi wasalam , I hope people in this world  such as them love islam from a heartness,

I feel in friends of rasulullah salallaulahu alaihi wasalam period,  when that  period have more people's know about islam, that I feel when I together with them.

I almost shed a tear, when I see some pious woman wearing a long jilbab cover up them body, they maintain hijab
 I really feel how I so  curious , if I was behind the hijab.

I want to be like them, wearing a viel, hijab will protec woman from a view of man, hijab will allways maintain  self esteem of woman, an hijab will make beautify,
 hmmmm ....... I think maybe I am so effusing my heart and I have forgatten to tell my story today
in fact today I was private at 8 am but I did not even attend because there Tahsin at 8 and I'd rather participate my Tahsin 8 am but it turns out my Tahsin daboelayed  at 9 am, when 9 am I immediately went to musollah, was already ratih my tahsin friend of majors FKM  she is praying, I sit while waiting for her, when she has  finished ,  we talk about holyday shortly afterwards ana and anti come in musollah.

they are my friend, after waiting for the teacher turns come late, I'm, ana dan anti initiative to found the asisstant before my teacher come, when we are finished ratih have sent message  for us if our teacher has coming, we went to musolah, we start tahsin with an opening prayer and some of the advice that was given by my teacher sister nurul to us . today we study   about  the word of makhrajul, after my tahsin is finish, I go to the champus, to load my friend because she has been waiting for me. don't you know how I fun and do some kiding with all of my friend in our class I really happy

after I play with my friend, I go to my friends house to do some home work, than I go back to meet and help  my teacher miss..nurul to decorate musolah for an event ....
really nice day I think so ...

Vancomycin / Vankomisin HCl.   INDIKASI

·  Infeksi serius yang disebabkan oleh golongan Staphylococcus yang resisten terhadap Metisilin tetapi rentan terhadap Vankomisin.

·  Pasien yang alergi terhadap Penisilin.

·  Pasien yang tidak dapat menerima atau gagal merespon obat-obat lainnya.

·  Infeksi yang disebabkan oleh organisme yang rentan terhadap Vankomisin atau dan resisten terhadap obat-obat antimikroba lain.

·  Endokarditis Staphylococcus, septikemia (keracunan darah oleh bakteri patogenik dan atau zat-zat yang dihasilkan oleh bakteri tersebut), infeksi tulang, infeksi saluran nafas bagian bawah, infeksi kulit & struktur kulit.

·  Endokarditis difteroid.

·  Endokarditis klep prostetik onset lebih awal yang disebabkan oleh epidermidis Streptokokkal atau difteroidis.     PERHATIAN

·  Reaksi yang berhubungan dengan pemberian infus yang cepat.

·  Kehilangan pendengaran, kerusakan ginjal.

·  Hamil dan menyusui.
Interaksi obat :
- resiko ototoksisitas meningkat jika digunakan dengan diuretika "loop", aminoglikosida.
- resiko nefrotoksisitas meningkat jika digunakan dengan aminoglikosida dan Sefalosporin.   EFEK SAMPING
Tromboflebitis, reaksi demam dengan kekakuan selama pemberian, nefrotoksisitas, ototoksisitas.   INDEKS KEAMANAN PADA WANITA HAMIL
C: Penelitian pada hewan menunjukkan efek samping pada janin ( teratogenik atau embriosidal atau lainnya) dan belum ada penelitian yang terkendali pada wanita atau penelitian pada wanita dan hewan belum tersedia. Obat seharusnya diberikan bila hanya keuntungan potensial memberikan alasan terhadap bahaya potensial pada janin.   KEMASAN
Vial 500 mg x 1 biji.   DOSIS

·  Dewasa : 500 mg tiap 6 jam atau 1 gram tiap 12 jam.

·  Anak-anak : 10 mg/kg berat badan/hari.   PENYAJIAN
